The Path

Each artwork is a unique, original piece created by the artist.  Digital prints, limited-edition canvas prints, and standard prints are available separately. 

Landscape I is a hand-painted acrylic painting on a 36" x 36" canvas with a 2" thickness. It is framed in a steel frame with a dark brown wood grain pattern and comes with two attached hanging hooks and the original artist's signature. This is a one-of-a-kind painting. Additional frames and prints are available separately and are not included in this purchase.

Please note: Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. The frame is provided, but can be changed at the owner's discretion and expense. We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions of all artworks. 

2. Availability

All original artworks are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once an original piece is sold, it will no longer be available for purchase. If a limited edition print or reproduction is available, that will be stated explicitly in the product listing.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

All artwork is the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing a painting does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from the artist. This includes personal and commercial use (e.g., use in promotional materials, websites, or merchandise).

The artist retains the right to display and reproduce the artwork for marketing, promotional purposes, and portfolio use.

4. Shipping & Handling

Original artworks are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any additional import duties or taxes for international shipments.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a return, exchange (if available), or refund.

6. Downloading & Streaming Policy

At this time, original paintings like Landscape I are physical goods only. Digital downloads or streaming options do not apply unless otherwise stated for specific products such as digital prints or virtual gallery content.
